The interest in factoring rises even when the economy is on the increase

It stands generally that the growing economy lowers the risks and increases the interest of financial institutions in sharing the success of production and trade. The competition on the financial market among the banks grows and this lowers the space for providers of alternative financing where factoring belong. But in 2006 the results of members of Association of factoring companies in Czech republic denied thes experience since they showed the growth of turnover of assigned claims by 25 %.

The company CSOB Factoring finished with a record turnover of factoring transactions in the amount of CZK 19,5 billion in 2006. In comparison with 2005 this represents an increase by 17,5 %.
