What is factoring

Factoring is a modern and flexible way of providing operating financing based on assignment of trade receivables, usually with payment terms up to 90 days.

After assigning claims, CSOB Factoring becomes a new creditor and for its client (supplier) can also take over the risk of non-payment due to payment inability or unwillingness of client´s customers.

Complex management of assigned claims is an inseparable part of factoring. CSOB Factoring thus takes care of dunning and collection of assigned claims.
